I’ll just google and call the front desk.” After 30 minutes of waiting for a ride to the airport, she calls again. “Where is the shuttle?” “Ma’am, we held it for you but we had to leave.” “What do you mean? I’m right here in the lobby and it didn’t come.” “Ma’am, I’m at the Front Desk and I don’t see you.” Guess she googled the downtown location instead of the airport property. Cab fare and 30 minutes wasted. True story. A call to the hotel concierge desk on the room phone would have eliminated this problem before it started. What's your story?
