We've all reached for a drink and have clumsily knocked it over, sometimes destroying whatever is in its path, unfortunately, guests do the same thing over and over again in their guest room, the room phone, usually located in spill prone areas like the bedside table or dresser, is not exempt from receiving this inadvertent action. Something as simple as a beverage spill or broken handset cord could take a room out of service and create a guest complaint, plan ahead and maintain an inventory of spare and replacement phones to avoid Out-of-Service (OOS) or Out-Of-Order (OOO) rooms, this will ensure availability which in turn leads to profitability.
