Q: The Crystal option is fade resistant and waterproof, is that correct?
A: Room numbers look great on the Crystal/Vinyl faceplate and like the faceplate, they clean off easily. The Crystal/Vinyl faceplate is water proof, stain resistant and does not require the plastic overlay because it is thicker. It is a durable and longer lasting, which makes it easier for your housekeeping department to maintain. Q: Can room numbers be printed on them? A: Yes, room numbers are printed directly onto the faceplates. Q: Are they glued onto the phone? A: No. The faceplate is tabbed to fit right onto phone and can be removed easily because they are not glued in. However, they may be ordered with adhesive backing if desired. Q: How long do paper and crystal plastic faceplates take to print? A: Typically, we are going to ask for 2 work weeks production time. Q: May I use my own icons? A: You bet, if you have icons that you would prefer to use, please send them along. We would prefer that you send a high resolution vector file!ß Q: Where can I order plastic overlays for my paper faceplates? A: We can product your clear plastic overlays! We just need the make and model of your hotel telephones. Q: Does my hotel brand have a standard faceplate template? A: Most hotel chains do have their own faceplate specifications. We do keep up with most of the brand standards, but occasionally may need your help to make sure that we have the latest specifications. Q: What type of logo file should I submit? A: We would prefer a high resolution vector file, but often can work with either a .tiff or a .jpeg. Please make sure that they are at least 300 dpi, dots per inch! Q: How do I submit my room numbers for faceplates? A: Please send your room number in an excel spreadsheet! Q: Where do I find my dialing instructions? A: Most of our hotel customers make a copy of the faceplates that are currently on their phones. On the copy, you can easily make whatever changes you need and email that copy to us at TOPS. We can work it from there. |
