If specified on your purchase order, the following services are included free of charge, for qualifying orders:
Qualifying Orders
A qualifying order is any order that has a minimum of 50 (fifty) units, per eligible part number. Only units that require a minimum of 50 units on the purchase order will receive these services. For example, if you require (50) Diamond+5 and (12) Diamond+3, only the (50) Diamond+5 will qualify for these services.
If specified on your purchase order, the following services are included free of charge, for qualifying orders:
- Printing of a full-color customized faceplates on White, Cream, or Pewter paper.
- Premium gloss faceplate upgrades are also available. Please consult with your Cetis Sales Representative or Cetis Customer Service for details.
- Free extension or room number typing on each custom-printed faceplate.
- Installation of faceplates on each individual telephone unit.
- Factory pre-programming of speed dial/guest service keys.
- Ground shipping within the contiguous 48 United States.
- 10% additional Faceplates Note: Extension or room numbers are not included free of charge on these spares.
Qualifying Orders
A qualifying order is any order that has a minimum of 50 (fifty) units, per eligible part number. Only units that require a minimum of 50 units on the purchase order will receive these services. For example, if you require (50) Diamond+5 and (12) Diamond+3, only the (50) Diamond+5 will qualify for these services.
- If you require faceplates and factory pre-programming for units on your purchase order that do not qualify for a National Account Package, you must use the prices, per unit, which are listed on the parts price list. All must be listed as separate line items on your purchase order.
- All Cetis hotel phones with memory keys come with pre-programmed factory defaults such as *24101 through *24111 in the case of a 10 memory key model (i.e., Diamond+10). These codes can be translated in most PABX Systems. If you would like to have your telephones shipped prior to your faceplates being printed, Cetis will ship the faceplates independently of the telephones, at a later date, to the address listed on your purchase order. You are responsible for resulting charges for shipping those faceplates. If you have not yet initiated the process of designing your faceplates, at the time your telephones ship, you will be granted 90 days to approve your final faceplate design or the offer for free faceplate printing will be rescinded for that order.
- If your order requires additional spare faceplates above the 10% free spares provided as a part of the National Account Package, there will be a charge for these spares. This requirement must be listed on the purchase order as a separate line item. The model number for these spare faceplates is “FP-Add’l Faceplates with Package”. The part number for these faceplates is “CFP”.
- The following Cetis brand hotel phones qualify for the National Account Package: Teledex M Series (initial order only), E Series, I Series, Opal Series Diamond Series, Nugget Series; TeleMatrix 9600 Series (including 9600 Series Handset Kit), 3300 Series, 3100 Series; Scitec Aegis-08 Series.
- Not available with Cetis legacy phones models, including Aegis-00 Series, Marquis 2800, or Marquis 3000 Series models.
