Winning is fun, which is why the Cetis sales and support teams were celebrating last week with Dr. Bing N. Sun, President & CEO at Cetis headquarters in Colorado Springs. "We had a busy week of meetings, which included the inauguration of Cetis University," Dr. Sun reports, "Our new university learning curriculums are expanding along with the Cetis Knowledge Base designed to help guide both staff and customers through important product tutorials and document sharing," he adds. "But we also took time to visit casually and enjoy several meals out together. We're looking forward to our next session later in the year," Dr. Sun concludes.

Meanwhile, Great Wolf Lodge in Colorado Springs, Colorado has been working tirelessly to get everything in place for a pre-holiday grand opening. The 311-room all-suite resort was designed for family fun with a 50,000 square-foot indoor waterpark, indoor entertainment area with miniature golf, mini bowling, arcade games, a climbing wall, and ropes course. With reservations coming in quick, it was evident to Great Wolf Lodge that the earlier they can open the better.
 
Great Wolf Lodge is located about 10 miles from Cetis headquarters in Colorado Springs, so when we heard about the challenges that the hotel was facing, and that they had an order for 360+ TeleMatrix brand guest room phones that needed to be delivered, we sprung into action. Our warehousing rock stars quickly assembled the order in the back of a pickup truck and sent 3 of our team members to the hotel to hand-deliver the phones.
