Meet the Cetis Team.

Bob Hayes, Territory Manager, Canada. A Cetis team member since 2010.

Q: It appears that you've had an interesting life experience. When did you join the Cetis team?
A: I joined the Cetis team on July 5, 2010. Soon it will be 6 lovely and memorable years with Cetis. I started my career as a 10-year Naval Viet Nam vet. I was at the Naval Academy with former NFL star Roger Staubach and served on the U.S.S Oriskany with Senator John McCain. I spent 20 years with Motorola, 5 years teaching electronics and job placement director with Miami Tech, 4 years as Director of Operations for Immix Telecom, and various other jobs upon trying to retire. I’ve tried retiring several times, but become bored, especially my mind. I’ve been a workaholic since a teen, starting as a paper boy.
Q: What is your role with Cetis today?
A: I am the territory manager for our Canadian clients, collaborate with hotel management company customers and prospects, serve as an active LiveChat agent on our websites, and help train new sales employees.
Q: What do you like about Cetis?
A: My team! It is a pleasure working with each member on a daily basis. It starts at the top with our founder and CEO, Dr. Sun. He has an open door policy which I appreciate. I also enjoy talking to clients on the phone. I communicate in such a way, that when I talk to a client, I want to hear a smile, and when I conclude a conversation, I want to feel I made a friend. I also thrive on accepting a challenge and when I do, I know I will succeed. I am a firm believer in positive thinking. 
​Q: What do you do when you’re not working?
A: Fishing is my favorite past time. I have fished the world, from Pike and Muskie in Canada, to bass fishing in Florida for 43 years. I’ve also bass fished in China and Australia. I have fished in the Amazon basin of South America and enjoyed offshore fishing in Florida and the Bahamas. I also like to sing. In fact, I used to entertain the troops in the Pacific when I was in the Navy. I still sing whenever, or wherever I feel like it, such as restaurants and Walmart. They did a promo of me singing to the Pharmacist while she administered my flu shot.
Q: So rumor has it you have done a bit of travel over the years? How much of the world have you seen?
A: I've been to over 50 countries. My traveling days started in the Navy and included many Asian countries, such as Guam, Philippines, islands in the north and south Pacific, Australia, Malaysia and Mexico. I have been to a few European countries and South Africa. My wife is from Colombia and I have visited Colombia, Venezuela, Peru, Ecuador and Brazil. I have traveled to most of the islands in the Caribe.
