A: I've recently completed 25 years with Cetis/Teledex, dating back to 1991.
Q: What was your job function in the early years with Teledex?
A: With Teledex I served as Engineering Director, Asia. I managed a team of engineers in the development, testing, and factory technical support of hotel phones, and the provision of technical support services to customers throughout Asia.
Q: What is your role with Cetis today?
A: I serve as General Manager, Cetis Asia. I'm responsible for managing sales, engineering, and support in Asia, which includes communication of Cetis brand values and services to new and existing customers.
Q: What do you like about Cetis? What's kept you here for 25 years?
A: As technical person, I continue to enjoy being involved in the engineering, development, and support of hotel phones, which for me dates back to 1991 with Teledex. I also appreciate that despite the many changes in hospitality telephony over the years, that Cetis has remained the company that has stayed focus and committed to providing brand value to hoteliers. Cetis, and our Teledex, TeleMatrix and Scitec hotel phone brands continue to lead the hospitality industry, and meet customer needs.
Q: What do you do when you’re not working?
A: I like to read, walk, and exercise, and join in with our local church activities.
